Hi dears Iam resident in Cairo Egypt, how can I transfer an amount from my payPal account to a bank account in Saudi Arabia ,, Thanks

Hey Mukhtar, You cannot transfer from your PayPal to local saudi bank account directly, you have to add your local Credit or Debit card with PayPal then transfer from PayPal account to your card and then to your local saudi bank account.

Current rates for US $ to SAR are 1=3.63 plus 19SAR fee per transaction.

Not if they are in Egypt they can't.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
In Egypt it has be a VISA card you add for withdrawals and they are automatically withdrawn.
