Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, if you have received a transaction and you are requested to print a shipping label, it would mean that the payment was sent to you as 'Goods and Services'. If you did not sell anything, though, the payment should have been sent as 'Friends and Family'. I would recommend refunding the payment and asking your counterpart to send another one with the correct option.
