Money transfer to bank account

Hey there I have recently added 5.00 into my pay pal account from my bank but then shortly realized I could not use PayPal for what I needed. I would like to put my money back in my bank but am told that I need to at least transfer 15.00 in order for it to work but I only have 5.00 in the account. How can I get around this does anyone know?
