Money transfer into my bank account

It literally took me a week and I didn’t recieve my transfer money into my bank account. Can I know exactly why i am not receiving it ? Atleast can you transfer it or refund it because Its been a week and my money isn’t reached yet

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
