I can't seem to do anything with my account. Can't send payment, can't transfer funds, can't withdraw. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. I have sent countless emails to them, but no response. What should I do

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
