Money to my Bank

Paypal isn’t letting me transfer money out of paypal and into my bank using the account number or my card ~ how do I get the money into my account?

Did you confirm the card and the bank account?

Otherwise, it could be paypal's security system triggered. Leave account alone or conduct other transactions in the meantime for a day and then come back and try again.
