Money taken from my paypal to my bank says “pending”

I had £3.06 from a survey app that put the cash into my PayPal but when I taken the full amount out of my paypal, it still said pending, PayPal normally takes 2-3 hours to process (sorry if I’m incorrect) but I’ve been waiting for 9 hours Does pending means it’s in the process of transferring to my bank account?

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

Give it a bit of time depending on your bank
