Hey I want to ask about the money that is still on hold i did receive the payment 13 august and then they told this information: You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification. 7 days passed still didnt get any money ! could you please help me or tell me what's going on.I'm lost in paypal :'(. THanks

I'm sorry that your payment hasn't been released yet. Was the product or service that you provided in exchange for the money delivered? If the delivery of the item or service can't be verified, the funds will release after 21 days have elapsed.
