Money still on hold after parcel been delivred

I have just sent parcel next day delivery its 3rd item Iv sold on here parcel has been delivered why is my payment still on hold

Does tracking show online the delivery of the item + 24 hours?

I'm having the exact same issue. Tracking via USPS app says delivered. Will be 24 hours in about a half hour.

That time frame is not guaranteed and in some countries its 3 days post delivery.
