Money sending to a friend

Hello when i send money to a friend do i pay tax or if i send 10 euro it will be all 10 euro sent to him no tax or?

When you send a personal payment, fees could be applied depending on the currency of the payment, on the Country of the recipient and on the funding source. Sending a personal domestic payment, in fact, is free if you choose to pay from your bank account or PayPal balance but a fee could be applied if you use your card. If you sent an international payment, instead, a fee between 1.99 Euro and 3.99 Euro can be applied depending on the Country of the recipient.
