So i put £65 in my account over a week ago however it still snowing £0.00

You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer.

Paypal will take from any linked funding source but as the transfer is slow they credit the seller the funds upfront.

But if you want to add funds to your paypal balance yourself then you have to take the wait for the transfer and that is 5-7 working days in the UK
