Money on "HELD" for 4 weeks

Why is my money still on "held" after 4 weeks of selling an item and the buyer leaving me 100% feedback? Customer service is a joke I am not rining that premium number and payinf £10 just to get whats mine. i will never use paypal again. I've sent 10 emails and had 10 automatic replies. what a joke of a company.

Difficult to advise when you just complain rather than giving any facts.

However if you sold on EBAY then its an Ebay and not a Paypal hold as they are 2 separate companies with 2 separate new seller hold policies.

But 28 days is over how long both of them hold funds so maybe if you could give more information politely we could advise further.
