My girlfriend paid me 100 dollars thru pay pay because I had loaned her some cash last week. Well now they are charging a fee and holding my money 21 days. It is nothing being shipped. I've never had to pay a fee before ever. Very confused and irritated. I should have never told her to do it thru PayPal. Can't go wrong with cash. So my 96 bucks has been on hold a.couple days now. I can't contact anyone except for an obviously automated response chat. Any suggestions?
It was probably sent as goods and services in error by sender who forgot to select correct payment type. You can click “Add tracking” within the transaction details to update order status to “completed” or “Processed”, then after 48 hrs or once the option is available, ask sender to log on and confirm receipt on the transaction to release funds.
