Money on hold

Please help with that issue 

Client send me money. I have 24,80 $ on hold already 7 days. Please help me. 

"You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification." - I didn't get !

Same for me. The account that sent the money is now closed and cannot confirm delivery.
