Hello everyone,i live in morroco and my wife lives in england and she needed some money so i sent her money on paypal but it says on hold and she really needs it very soon i tried to contact paypal and so i can tell them we are husband and wife and they can take the hold from the money i sent her but i couldnt message them apparently they stopped this service for now please advice me how the money i sent her be free from the hold
