I have three eBay transactions on hold. I know this is because of a change of email address. The three buyers have received the items but money is still on hold. I have seen different times quoted for the money to be released. Which is right? Do PayPal send the money back to the buyers after a certain amount of time. Sorry to have to ask the question but most replies just give a link to the relevant help pages which aren’t really that clear. Thanks in advance.
