I’ve sent item to buyer PayPal money was on hold so we went through bank transfer instead PayPal money was reimbursed to her that was on hold and she’s telling me she wants refund because she never got tickets even though I have message proof she did receive
hi there! i recently just send a great amount of money (for me) to someone and the status on my part is “money sent”. but she said she hasn’t received any money and the status on her part is still “on hold” since 9 hours ago. i thought my problem is the same as yours. have you perhaps resolved this? thanks!
