Money on hold

Hi only new here and have a payment from a customer on hold. Can I send the item before the money goes into my account or should I wait until it's in....which is like 2 weeks buyer won't be happy. Or If I can deliver to buyer is there a way they can say they they have the item so money is released? Cheers

As long as the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance but pending then read the links below.

If the funds ARE NOT showing then it could be a scam.
