Money on hold

Hi, I sold a phone on eBay on Wednesday but PayPal have put the money on hold? I find this strange I’ve had the accounts for some years and have sold something only a few days before and got the money straight away! Also it’s less than £1000 so didn’t think there should be any issue. Any advice would be appreciated. Also I have sent the phone with tracking and the buyer has received it signed for it Cheers
