Money on hold

I sent someone their parcel and the money they sent me is on hold. It was suppose to be released 2 days ago but I haven’t recieved it yet? How do I get my money?

Normally funds are released when the tracking number you added (or used paypal postage) shows delivery of the item to the buyer + 1 day.
