Was sending money to my relative. She got them but they are on hold. And it was saying that she gets this money as a seller. Maybe I can contact PayPal so they add money on her account without having them on hold? The point of sending money was that she can get them instantly...
If the payment has been placed on hold this is usually for 21 days and it will then be released into their PayPal Account. If you cannot wait this time-frame I would recommend refunding the payment and you can pay your friend in cash or a regular bank transfer.
Its down to how the payment was SENT to your account.
1. If they sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see you as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge you a fee.
2. If they had sent using the send money > family / friends option then you would have had the payment instantly. (However that option is not available in every country).
