I am treasurer for a sports club. We have just started using paypal to give an option for people to pay for their coaching blocks online. Some of these payments have completed straight away - others are 'on hold'. I have updated all of these payments to indicate that it is a virtual service and the notes says money will be received within 7 days of verification. How is this done? 7 days have passed for many of these payments and the money is still on hold.
What else can I/ should I be doing to get access to the money.
