Money on hold from last 2 days

I have a website designing agency. Mostly I design website for local clients. I use bank transfer. Week ago, I got an international client. We finalized things & he made payment through Paypal. I received a fund on 2nd April. Today is 4th April and my fund is still on hold. Since its online task. (a service) I cant add tracking info. I NEED TO MAKE DELIVERY OF WEBSITE IN 14 DAYS. Anybody have faced this issue.  Please give your suggestion.
