Money on hold for 21 days.

Hi!

I accidentally clicked the Merchant link. I am not really a merchant 😞 Just new to Paypal. 

Now my money is on hold. I don't have any tracking number to provide.

Is the only option I can do is wait for 21 days? After 21 days I can withdraw then money, right? Or they will still ask me for the tracking number? 😞
