Money on hold after 21 days

Hi, I sold something on December 8th and my money is still on hold over 21 days later. I’ve sold multiple other items between then and now and have received the money within a week or so. I provided tracking information through AusPost (I’m in Australia and it was sent to another Australian state) and the item has definitely been received. Just not sure why I can’t access the money. Thanks
