Money on hold /Pending despite all items arriving to the recipients

I have four payments on hold despite all of the packages arriving. (They all have the tracking as well) One of them even arrived five days ago. Is it the best bet to just wait the 21 days? This has never happened to me before so I'm very confused. (I'm not a new seller either)

You could wait after 21 days from each payment’s date of receipt or ask the buyer to confirm receipt through their PayPal account. If the transactions are high risk or there is change of patterns in activity, it may trigger holds.

Yeah, I'll probably just wait it out. But I'll also try to ask them to confirm the receipt. Thank you !😁
