Money on hold - Negative balance possible

Hello my friends

Im selling items on ebay -the money I get is on hold. So the payment is from my balance , until paypal release the hold to my balance. 

My question is

What happen if Im on 0 balance ? Is it possible the be in a temporary negative balance beacause of the hold money and continue my work ?
