Hello. i m a new user on paypal and i send some shoes and i get a payment on 30 August 2019. I read about that 21 days when they hold the money but now we are on 22 september. i already put tracking number and courier name. ( is a local one but they can check online ). customer already recive the items so..what i can do now ?
Are the funds actually showing in your paypal balance but have pending at the side or are they not showing at all BUT you received an email to say they are pending?
