Money on Hold for a while now

Hi, I sold an item on Depop at the beginning of February and since then the money on my account have being on hold. 

I updated the shipping status a few days back but even though it says the money will be released 1 day after, they're still on hold.

I asked the customer if they received the item, and they did, but I don't know what to do to get my money on my balance?
