I do art commissions and I was paid for two commission last month, around March 16, I believe, and I was told by PayPal that they would release the money by April 6. Today is April 6, and I still am unable to obtain the money. I already gave the clients their artwork and yet I am still unable to get paid for it. Anyone know how to help?
