I withdrew my balance earlier to my Debit Card. I got an email from Paypal saying that the request was complete, but when I checked my bank, my money isn't there. I can't find any way to contact Paypal as it's out of hours for their messaging, but it's a lot of money and I really need it now. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks
