Money not showing up on my bank.

Hello. I was sending money from my paypal to my bank on wednesday and it said it would arrive around 18 october 09:00. And even 5 hours after, the money hasnt been recivied. It even says the transfer has been completed. What could be the problem? Will i recivie the money next week or next year?

I have never had this problem before.
