Money not showing up on my balance

I was sent some money. I seen where he had sent it to me on my summary. But, it isn't showing up on my balance!! HELP PLEASE...

he might have send you money using echeck

-Check on the details of that transaction it should show on when will you get that amount

Am I looking for a date? I also show the money received but it's not in my balance. Another transaction came thru with no problem. What should I do?
