Money not received

Hi! I withdrew some money from my paypal account to my unconfirmed bank account (NON-US). That was 10 days ago. It was an internationl transfer so I understant it takes longer, but still...the question, now: what can I do? Paypal doesn't reply to my messages. Where is the problem? Assuming the IBAN was correct, is my bank responsible for this?

I am sorry about your issue. If the money you withdrew doesn't appear on your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, your bank may have encountered a problem during processing. Check with your bank that all the completed bank details are up to date. If necessary, remove your bank account, then add it again with the correct details. Also make sure that your bank account allows electronic transfers and that it is in the currency of your country of residence.

If the money still doesn't appear after 14 business days, please contact us by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage so that we can look into this further. You may reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter.
