Money not received by bank

Hello, I've encountered a big problem while transfering my money from PayPal account to a bank. I've sent 2000 CZK to my bank, but it's been 9 days and the money still doesn't show up in the bank. So I've contacted the bank and they told me that there's not any pending payment with amount of 2000 CZK, so the money must be stuck on PayPal! But that's really strange because later I've sent another amount to a bank and that amount was received by the bank without any problem! I hope I get help soon because this is really strange! I've contacted PayPal privately, but reponse. I feel like being scammed!

Says 3-5 business days so its way over that, your best bet is to contact customer services directly but i would wait 14 days and then ask for a trace.

I've already contacted PayPal, I received one response from them that didn't help me at all. Now I'm without response for 4 days..
