Hi, I am from Costa Rica and I transferred my first PayPal money to my account with the bank BAC. I have waited for 7 days and the money has not appeared on my bank account.
I contacted BAC and they told me they do not have any agreements with PayPal so the money will never appear on my account and that I should contact PayPay. I then proceeded to contact PayPal and they told me if the money did not show on my account I should call them back.
Now the number in Costa Rica appears as disconnected and I have no idea where my money is since it´s not in my bank account and it is also not showing on my PayPal account.
Any advice or help you could provide me? I really don't know what to do.
