Money missing

 I got a payment on oct 9th or 50.00 but when i went to cash it out on october 14 it showed only 28.45.  where is the other half of my money.

I'm sorry to hear that the amount of money in your balance is not what you were expecting. Have you made any other payments since you received the 50.00 payment?
