Money lost, no english service, automatic reply

Hi there, I lost money from my PayPal account two days ago, before that occurred I have transferred money that sent to my PayPal account two weeks ago but did not arrive yet!! Unfortunately, my German language is not supporting me to make call with their call center, because I do not understand the instructions in the beginning of the call. Moreover, when I send them messages they answer with part of their FAQs!! Is there any way to get help and contact PayPal through other way? Any advices? Thanks
