So I received $35 from my friend yesterday but now i cannot transfer it to my debit card. It says more verification needed. Im not living in USA no more plus i dont have a SSN and no US identity so im unable to complete the process. My uncle is an american citizen so should i change my name and put all his informations in my account? Or should i refund the money to my friend so he can send me that money directly to my bank account. Help please
