Money holding problem

I received a payment from selling things to 2 different buyers on depop. They have both revived their orders over a week ago yet the money is still on hold in my account and I have no idea how to get it out, I put in tracking info even though both items have been delivered. Both buyers have confirmed to me they have received their items and are satisfied.

Seems that everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hopefully released soon.

 

If not then..........
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
