Not long ago I began to accept payment on paypal for goods, after the last sales, money began to come to me immediately to the account. But, due to the opening of the case by the buyer, I was frozen the payment of another buyer. I would like to know, after considering this case, payments will unfreeze right away? Or do you need to restore the payment history again?
