My money was held in my PayPal account in February and PayPal said it will be available in 6 months(In August). I waited patiently till the date was due and my money was made eligible for withdrawal but then I lost the card that was used to link that account I ordered a new card from my bank, I tried adding the new card to my account so I could withdraw the funds but PayPal rejected all trials to link my new card and now I just can’t even log into my account anymore because whenever I try it says “there is a problem we can’t log you in”... contact us. I have tried severally to contact them but the call ends up being automated and it doesn’t help in anyway. I need a PayPal representative to help me solve this please.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
