Money held hostage even though the item I sold was delivered.

My funds are being held.  However, since I put in the tracking info the site says "You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery" The item was delivered 5 days ago to my customer as confirmed by tracking.  Release my money or do I have to wait the entire 21 days.

Then it could be deems as a high risk transaction if tracking shows "Delivered" and not released and will be held until after 21 days or perhaps longer of which you'll have to reach out to customer service for them to manually release if customer hasn't reported a problem.
