I own a flower shop and PayPal is holding most of the money we received from Valentine's day. It is saying it will not release these funds for 30 days, even though our customers received their goods on Valentine's day. I am extremely upset and now switching to Square because of this. If I close the account now will the money owed to me be released to my bank account?
