I received $830 from my Uncle as a Personal payment to my PayPal account over a week and a half ago and have been trying to transfer to my bank account and have only able to receive $130 in over a week and a half, every single day i talk to PayPal reps about my account being locked and have to wait 24 hours, every day they say the same things and still no changes, this is very frustrating and i have bills to pay and settle.
