Money gone to an old paypal account with no linked bank. Now can't access funds.

I have had money from an ebay sale go to an old personal paypal account based in New Zealand. I now live in the UK. 

For some reason I cannot transfer the money out (why not?) and I have no NZ bank account any more.

How do I get access to the money?
