Money from a friend misclicked on goods and services

On march 1st, my friend wanted to send me 10$, and i was like okay thx and sent it, but he pressed/clicked on goods and services, and he didnt notice something, i accepted it and it went on hold. I WAS JUST MAKING THIS ACCOUNT SO IM NEW TO PAYPAL OK? PLEASE DONT ROAST ME. When i saw it on hold i saw an add a tracking. So i was like "maybe adding a tracking to the thing that doesnt actually exist could help ?" I sent a tracking as order processed. So he realised his mistake and told me to send it back, so i googled how and when i did what i saw i couldnt see a cancel button, neither him too. Any thing we could do ? Please help and thanks

@RetroSkills Sadly you can't refund or cancel held funds. You would need to check with customer to wait 21days for them to be released.
