Hi Ive topped up a large amount of money trough ideal. 2x 500 euro. I did this 2 days ago and it does not show on my paypal account. More people in the netherlands have this problem. In the past this wasmt a problem. Ive toped up 10 euro in the first place and that went welz. Customer service is not available. Phone number doesnt work chat and facebook neither. They dont respond on twitter for months. Latest post on fb and twitter in september What is going on. Look like my money is gone 😞
