On 13 March 2021 I transferred a reward of $5 from Lifepoints to my Paypal account and on 19 March 2021 I received an email from Paypal asking me to click on the "Claim Your Money" link on the email to claim the money - which I did. After claiming the money, the balance still reflected $0 on my wallet. Surprisingly, on 21 March 2021 I transferred another $5 to my Paypal account and today, 26 March 2021 I received an email saying Paypal has received the money, and indeed the balance was updated on my wallet. But up until today, the initial $5 I transferred to my Paypal account is still not reflecting. Who can help?
