Hello community so my problem is i need i quick money to my bank account that's why I send en amount to a man to his paypal to send me in my bank in his turn but the payment is pending and the man did not answer me also didnt send me to my bank he tell me your money is pending I can't send you so I wait for transaction completed or make a refund
